Throw out the "suggested rhythm chart" you found online. I have a better way.

It’s almost impossible to take a pre-written rhythm, wake up one morning, and fit your life into it.

Have you ever tried? Yeah, so have I. It didn’t last.

Instead, start with one new “beat” of rhythm, make it a habit, and grow from there. Following the method in the Rhythm Workshop makes it easy to create a sustainable rhythm unique to your family, even if you were unsuccessful before.

Don’t fall for an “all or nothing” mentality.
Even the busiest families can have a rhythm.

You don’t need a well-orchestrated rhythm for every moment of the day. This is simply unrealistic for most of us. And it’s not even necessary!
It only takes one consistent beat of rhythm each day to experience the benefits of rhythm. I’ll guide you to create this first beat of rhythm, laying the foundation for a new daily and weekly rhythm for your family that works.

Tell me if any of these sound like you...

  • WHAT DO YOU EVEN MEAN BY "RHYTHM"?
You hear everyone talking about the importance of a rhythm in early childhood, but you don't really get it.
  • I DON'T KNOW WHERE TO START.
You know having a daily and weekly rhythm is important, but you are overwhelmed just thinking about creating one.

  • WE HAD A RHYTHM. AND THEN LOST IT. AGAIN.
You’ve tried to implement a rhythm in the past, and then life happens...and you fall off the “rhythm train.”

  •  WE TRIED AND IT DIDN'T WORK.
You were given a “suggested rhythm” and assumed you were supposed to follow it from morning to night all week, only to become overwhelmed and exhausted.

  •  WE ARE TOO BUSY TO ADD THIS TO OUR LIFE.
Your days feel busy or out of control, and you’re not sure a rhythm is possible.

In the Rhythm Workshop, you'll gain the skills to...

  • DEEPLY UNDERSTAND RHYTHM
Understand rhythm, its benefits, and how to successfully create change.
  • CONFIDENTLY CREATE RHYTHM
Learn our method, and you’ll always know what to do and where to start, allowing you to create a new rhythm without feeling overwhelmed or exhausted in the process.
  • CREATE A RHYTHM THAT CAN CHANGE WITH YOUR NEEDS
Create a nurturing family rhythm that grows and changes with your family's needs so you never feel like you have to start from scratch.
  • MAINTAIN YOUR RHYTHM
Maintain one “steady beat” of rhythm so you can prioritize connection even when life feels chaotic and out of control.

My method of creating rhythm is probably the opposite of what you’ve tried. And it works.

Let me bust some misconceptions about rhythm.

A rhythm is not a schedule.
A schedule is based on clock time. A rhythm is based on order and flow.

Rhythm benefits adults as much as children.
Rhythm eases overwhelm and increases well-being.

Even the busiest and most chaotic lives can find rhythm.
Just one steady “beat” of rhythm each day makes a difference.

The main point of rhythm is connection.
It’s not finding slots for chores. We can add these tasks to our rhythm, but only after creating times of connection.

Pre-created rhythms rarely work.
Our individual lives and all the moving pieces are just too different. You're much more likely to be successful using a rhythm created for your unique family.

Finally create a rhythm for your family that works (and sticks)!
